Pivot Academy is seeking an experienced SEN professional to join its central team as a Strategic Lead for SEN and Inclusion. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the SEN strategy across Pivot, working closely with SENCOs, staff, learners, and external agencies to ensure every child with SEN receives the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEN policies that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs and staff to provide high-quality support for children with SEN.
  • Work with external agencies to secure additional resources and support for learners.
  • Advocate for SEND and inclusion within the organisation and wider community.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEN leadership or management.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop effective policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to promoting inclusivity and supporting learners with SEND.
