Job Overview: Westwood Primary School in Leeds is seeking a talented Education and Inclusion Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement strategies that foster a positive and inclusive school environment. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to students who require additional help, ensuring they receive the resources and accommodations necessary to succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement strategies that promote inclusivity and respect
• Provide guidance and support to students who require additional help, including those with special educational needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a positive school culture
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in education and inclusion

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• Proven experience in teaching and leading within a primary school setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
