About CV-Library

We are looking for a Lead Educator in Inclusive Settings to support our young people with complex needs, utilising their teaching skills and experience.

Estimated Salary: £40,000 per annum

This full-time role requires QTS qualified teachers, preferably with experience of working with young people who hold an EHCP and have SEND or SEMH backgrounds.

About the Role:

  • Deliver inclusive education, ensuring every student has access to a high-quality learning experience.
  • Possibly supporting students with multiple diagnoses, most of whom possess an EHCP.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to teach various curriculum subjects confidently.
  • Familiarity with adaptive and student-centred approaches.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing educational outcomes and promoting equal opportunities.
