Inclusive Education Support Worker

Academics Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inclusive Education Support Worker to join our team. As an Inclusive Education Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a variety of settings.
About the Job:This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEND. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of our students.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support students with SEND in a range of settings, including classrooms and playgrounds
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement individualized education plans
You will be expected to maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Essential Requirements:- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Effective communication skills to work with children and other staff members
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum based on experience
- Paid annual leave and bank holidays
- Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
