Support Worker for Children with SEN

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join schools in Leeds on a flexible, supply basis. The successful candidate will provide 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN, assist in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, and work closely with class teachers to adapt lessons and activities for individual needs.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN (ASC, ADHD, learning difficulties, etc.), strong communication and teamwork skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Relevant qualifications or experience in an SEN setting are desirable.
