SEN Support Worker

At Leeds City Council, we are seeking an experienced SEN teaching assistant to join our dedicated team of professionals working with pupils with complex needs under the guidance of the teacher.
We are a school at the heart of our local community, and our team is committed to supporting all children and families to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teachers to provide individualised support to pupils with complex needs
- Implement effective strategies to engage and motivate learners
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for someone who is an outstanding classroom practitioner, able to engage and motivate learners, and willing to work as part of a team that is dedicated to providing the best possible education for our pupils.
Please note that the successful candidate will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
