We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary SEN setting in Leeds.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a small group or one-to-one setting.
- Develop and implement intervention strategies to promote student learning and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent and effective support for students with SEN.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with children or in a school setting, preferably in a SEN role.
- An ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
£83 - £105 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications.
