Role Description
We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to join our expanding team at Teaching Personnel. As an Inclusion Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with special educational needs, promoting their emotional well-being and academic success.

Key responsibilities include working closely with teachers to develop personalized learning plans, providing one-to-one support, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student care. The ideal candidate will possess a child enhanced DBS, relevant qualifications, and experience working with students with SEND.
