We are seeking a highly skilled Inclusion Support Coordinator to join Kirklees Council in our Post 16 Outreach provision. The successful candidate will work with students with complex needs, including Autism and social and emotional and mental health needs.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will provide individualized support to students, assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, and promote a culture of inclusion and respect.
