About the Position

This permanent, full-time role involves working 37 hours a week and requires strong organisational skills to facilitate effective education services.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support for the education team and promote learning opportunities within the education department.

  • Coordinate education induction processes for new arrivals.
  • Support teachers with developing inclusive education practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases related to student progress and support needs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • A Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
  • A Level 2 or 3 qualification for Learning Support Practitioners or willingness to obtain within an agreed timeframe.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
