Job Description: We are seeking an Inclusion Support Professional to join our team in Leeds, UK. As an Inclusion Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing personalized support to vulnerable individuals, helping them to live independently and access the services they need.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide emotional and practical support to individuals in various settings.
  2. Build trusting relationships with service users to understand their needs and goals.
  3. Develop and implement tailored support plans, ensuring clients receive the appropriate help.
  4. Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure clients have access to relevant services.
  5. Promote and support independent living skills, including budgeting, life skills, and personal development.
  6. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on client progress.

Requirements:
  • A valid DBS check is required.
  • Previous experience in a support or care role is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with vulnerable individuals.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
