We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supply team, working in various inclusive primary and secondary schools across Leeds.

Job Description
  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, and physical or sensory impairments.
  • Assist in implementing tailored learning plans and behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to support students' learning, development, and emotional well-being.
  • Help students engage and progress in the classroom, fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in a school setting.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience to build positive relationships with students.
  • Understanding of behaviour management strategies and a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Passion for making a real difference in students' educational experiences.
