Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001 compliant management systems across all business sites.
  • Analyze and review group-level policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Manage and update risk registers, aspects & impacts registers, and legal registers in real-time, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support local process and procedure development, reviewing content for adherence to required standards.
  • Lead audit activities, provide guidance on corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • Collaborate with IT to monitor data breach risks, manage incidents, and report breaches.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data protection authorities, facilitating GDPR awareness training and supporting staff involved in data processing operations.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business processes and data protection regulations.
  • National remit with up to 40% travel across Training business sites.
