We are a busy packaging firm seeking an all-round administrator to perform various administrative tasks, answer customer enquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Sage Accounting Software.

This is a full-time position with a salary of £27,500 per year and benefits including casual dress, company pension, and free parking.

Duties:

  • Administrative support for the office
  • Customer service and telephone enquiries
  • Order processing and data entry
  • Maintaining stock control and physical files
  • Assisting with bookkeeping and reports

Requirements:

  • A-Level or equivalent qualification
  • 2 years' experience in customer service
  • 1 year's experience in administration
  • Driving licence

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00. No weekends.
