Xeinadin Group is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. As a vital member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our office and providing exceptional administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating administrative tasks and responsibilities
- Responding to client queries and handling phone calls
- Maintaining accurate client records and filing systems
- Processing payments and managing client accounts
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Booking appointments and meetings
- Assisting with projects and tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administration and customer service
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on location)
