Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join Sapiens as an Operations Assistant in our Cardiff office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing first-class customer service to our staff and visitors.

As an Operations Assistant, you will be required to field calls, deal with mail, and monitor the Operations mailbox, providing timely responses to staff queries and supplier invoices. You will also be responsible for working with the IT team to arrange the shipment of new equipment to staff who are working from home.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' administration experience gained from working in an office environment, excellent attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A working knowledge of the Office 365 suite is essential, and recent First Aid at Work or Fire Marshal training would be an advantage.

The estimated salary for this role is £18-20 per hour, depending on experience, with a potential to increase based on performance.
