A Service Coordinator is required to work in our offices in Holywell. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role to take their career to the next level.

About the Job
  • Annual salary: £25,000 - £26,000

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling order books for scheduled engineer service visits. This includes contacting engineers and customers regarding bookings, managing customer queries, and processing orders onto SAGE200 as needed.

Main Duties
  1. Coordinate schedules for engineer service visits
  2. Update customers and engineers on booking status
  3. Resolve customer queries and issues related to the service process
  4. Enter orders into SAGE200 where necessary
  5. Support purchasing with spare part stock lists and orders to suppliers
  6. Develop the service function for customers and service engineers
  7. Keep customers informed about repair progress and replacement parts
Skills Required
  • Experience in a service advisor or scheduling role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • SAGE200 CRM system knowledge desirable
  • Mechanical or technical background beneficial
  • Administrative expertise essential
