About the Role

The All Age Disability Service within the Kirklees Council organisation is looking for experienced Social Workers to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will work collaboratively with professionals to deliver high-quality services to adults and children with disabilities.

This role requires a strong understanding of relevant legislation, such as the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and SEND regulations. You will also be responsible for coordinating care and ensuring seamless service delivery.
