Adults Complex Disabilities Occupational Therapist Position

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Complex Disabilities Team. The successful candidate will work with adults with complex disabilities, including Learning Disability, Acquired Brain Injury, and/or Autism.

Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify the needs of vulnerable adults and developing personalized plans to address disability-related challenges.
  • Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals, therapists, social workers, and support staff to deliver high-quality care and support services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapist to contribute to delivering exceptional care and support to individuals with complex disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements: The successful candidate will need to possess a DipSW or equivalent qualification, be registered with the HCPC, have a current DBS, and hold a valid car driving license.
