Physical Disability Programmes Manager

As a Physical Disability Programmes Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with vision impairments and/or physical disabilities. You will work closely with the Qualified Habilitation Specialist and the Specialist Teacher – Physical Disabilities to implement individual programmes and provide support in various settings.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively within a team, and be willing to travel between sites daily. They may also need to undertake specialist training if necessary.
Key Performance Indicators
- • Collaborate with Qualified Habilitation Specialists and Specialist Teachers to develop and implement individual programmes.
- • Provide support to pupils with vision impairments and/or physical disabilities in school settings, preschool settings, and the wider community.
- • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
