Mobility and Physical Support Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Mobility and Physical Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Central Team, you will be responsible for assisting the Qualified Habilitation Specialist and the Specialist Teacher – Physical Disabilities in implementing individual programmes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and be willing to travel between sites daily. Additionally, they may need to undertake specialist training if appropriate.
Job Details
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Location: Various sites within the local authority area
