About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Thomas Court in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will provide exceptional individual care to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans, supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing, and assisting with daily tasks such as booking appointments and escorting residents on visits.

This is a highly rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older people.

About You
  • You will be a warm and friendly individual with experience working in a care or support environment.
  • You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team in a busy work setting.
