Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare reports and oversee financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages.
  • Maintain a good understanding of building contracts and contract administration (NEC contracts).
  • Monitor project progress and expenditure through all RIBA stages.
  • Identify, manage, mitigate, and transfer risks associated with projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of building contracts and contract administration (NEC contracts).
  • Excellent project coordination skills.
  • Experience of managing projects from start to finish.
  • A clear understanding of risk management, including identification, management, mitigation, and risk transfer.
