Programme Management Lead

The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish.
- Prepare reports and oversee financial expenditure throughout all RIBA stages.
- Maintain a good understanding of building contracts and contract administration (NEC contracts).
- Monitor project progress and expenditure through all RIBA stages.
- Identify, manage, mitigate, and transfer risks associated with projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good understanding of building contracts and contract administration (NEC contracts).
- Excellent project coordination skills.
- Experience of managing projects from start to finish.
- A clear understanding of risk management, including identification, management, mitigation, and risk transfer.
