In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with the day service manager to provide leadership and management for a designated area of the day service, focusing on person-centred care and outcome-driven service delivery.

About the Position

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Person-Centred Care: Work closely with the day service manager to develop and implement strategies that promote person-centred care, enhancing service quality and driving positive outcomes for service users.
  2. Talent Development: Supervise and develop members of the day service team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  3. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments for day service activities and contribute to the development of robust risk management strategies.
  4. Operational Effectiveness: Contribute to the day-to-day running of the day service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
