The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Coordinating and managing staff schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Conducting client assessments, planning care, and ensuring service aligns with client needs and regulations.
  • Mentoring and supporting care staff, providing guidance on best practices.
  • Engaging with clients and families, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction with care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
