Role Overview:
  • This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team as a Learning and Development Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Development: Create engaging and informative training sessions that equip our team members with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Travel and Support: Provide direct support to our teams across Wales, fostering strong relationships and a sense of community.
  • Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials tailored to adult learning needs, ensuring maximum impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve training content to meet the evolving needs of our teams.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: QCF/NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care or Level 3 STLS in Education.
  • Experience: Social care experience in any setting.
  • Travel Requirements: Full driving license and access to a car (travel across Wales required).
  • Skills: Proficient computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
