At HR Careers & Nationwide Recruitment Service Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier learning and development opportunities to our internal stakeholders and employees.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, preferably in a healthcare environment. A qualification in Education and/or Training (e.g., PTTLS or equivalent) is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience working in a highly compliant organization, such as a CQC-regulated setting. This role will support our skilled learning and development colleagues within specialist health and social care forums, so experience within residential care, nursing homes, or care homes is desirable.

You will be pivotal in tracking, coaching, and supporting specialist in-house L&D colleagues. Your expertise will include analyzing training requirements, highlighting areas of improvement, and providing advice, support, mentoring, and championing coaching training, L&D, and training to in-house trainers and care home managers.

\

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £40,000, comprising a base of £35,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance. The role is hybrid, with a mix of home-based and site-based work, offering flexibility and work-life balance. You will be required to drive to various locations, so a valid driver's license is essential.
