About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and results-focused individual to join our team as a Graduate Sales Consultant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying business needs, and providing tailored solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses, from start-ups to established companies, and help them find the best candidates for their roles. You will also be working closely with our recruitment team to source and place top talent.

About the Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £24K-£26K basic salary, with an OTE of £35K in year one, £45K in year two, and £60K in year three. In addition to this, we provide a range of benefits, including gym membership allowance, remote working, and regular social events.
