We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK Sales team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will enable you to drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for AutomatePro. As a key member of our Sales Development team, you will play a vital role in creating a world-class growth engine and becoming the primary source of new talent for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your network, lead generation tools, and marketing events to identify potential clients and prospect them effectively.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct introductory calls with enterprise prospects, showcasing how AutomatePro can address their specific challenges.
  • Qualification: Develop an in-depth understanding of prospective client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
  • Coachability: Embrace feedback, learn from experience, and continually improve your sales skills.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Marketing, Product, Sales Development, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to the development of new sales strategies.
  • CRM Hygiene: Effectively hand over leads between Sales Development and Account Executives, ensuring accurate CRM updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 1+ years of Enterprise Sales Development experience in software sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication, sales background, good work ethic, and positive attitude.
  • Technical Knowledge: ServiceNow or enterprise application experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field preferred.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Sales Navigator) and Microsoft Office Suite.
