Front Office Receptionist

At RBH Hospitality Management, we're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our team at the AC Hotel Glasgow. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage guest issues and requests, escalating to the Front of House Manager as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to prospective customers and guests, providing accurate information and resolving inquiries.
- Complete administrative tasks, including preparing room bills and taking payment.
- Provide concierge services, including signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in hotel reception or working with the general public is preferred.
