Front Office Receptionist

About the Role:
The Front Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, handling guest queries, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
- Logging issues or requests
- Answering the phones to prospective customers and guests
- Completing administration tasks
- Completing concierge services
- Preparing room bills and taking payment
- Answering guest queries, and questions about the hotel, and/or Glasgow
- Signposting guests to our Restaurant and Bar
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic
- Driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility
- Experience of Hotel Reception or working with the general public preferred
