About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
  • Logging issues or requests
  • Answering queries and providing information about the hotel and local area
  • Completing administration tasks and preparing room bills
  • Providing concierge services and making recommendations to guests

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role
