About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our team at RBH Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and acting as their first point of contact
- Logging issues or requests
- Answering queries and providing information about the hotel and local area
- Completing administration tasks and preparing room bills
- Providing concierge services and making recommendations to guests
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role
