About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Front Office Receptionist to join our team at AC Hotel by Marriott Glasgow. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and register guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage guest queries and requests, providing accurate and timely information
- Process payments and handle room billing
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain a high level of service and quality
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer-facing role
