About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Office Receptionist to join our team at AC by Marriott Glasgow. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage guest room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
