Strategic Marketing Director

The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing Estate Planning law firm in Acton, MA. Our work focuses on unique estate planning needs of young families and empty nesters. We provide exceptional client service and high-quality legal services in areas like wills, trusts, estates, and asset protection.
We are seeking a bright, creative, and compassionate individual to convey the value of our services to potential clients. The successful candidate can juggle multiple time-sensitive projects with precision and work independently. They value our mission to help families protect their loved ones and will go above and beyond to ensure clients and our team have what they need to be successful.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating the Firm's "Back-end Marketing" activities and developing new strategies.
- Overseeing quarterly website audits to ensure online presence remains current.
- Developing ideas with the Marketing team to design marketing materials for targeted audiences and practice areas.
- Creating a tracking system to monitor and report on progress with leads from marketing channels, clients, and referral sources.
We also expect you to develop and improve upon existing marketing materials for targeted audiences, including landing pages for events and overseeing the Firm's social media and event calendar.
Required qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years of Marketing experience
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM, social media, Canva, and WordPress.
- Excellent written communication, proofreading, and copywriting skills.
Compensation: $90,000 yearly
