**Job Title:** SEN Teaching Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school community in Hythe.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support for students with special educational needs.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and confidence in pupils.
- Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist in adapting learning materials to suit individual needs.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with prior experience working with children with SEN.
**Salary:** £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with staff, pupils, and parents.
