We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Hythe, Kent. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to learning disabled adults, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role
You will work alongside our experienced team to deliver person-centred care, focusing on building confidence, independence, and life skills for our service users. Your role will involve supporting daily living tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and cooking meals. You may also have the opportunity to accompany individuals on outings, promoting social inclusion and community integration.

What We Offer
In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and Bank Holiday pay. Our benefits package includes generous holidays (33 days annual leave, including 8 statutory bank holidays), plus training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.

Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require a Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience. A driving license and access to a car would be advantageous, although not essential. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
