About the Role: As an Adult Care Worker at The Cambian Group, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, conducting risk assessments, and providing emotional support and guidance to service users and their families.
