Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educational Support Professional to join our team in Hythe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.

About the Position

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one or small-group support for students with a range of special educational needs, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and inclusive environment, promoting independence and confidence in pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
  2. Foster independence and confidence in pupils.

A competitive daily rate of pay (£60-£80) reflects the importance of this role in supporting the education and development of children with additional needs. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in a well-regarded school in a scenic coastal location.
