We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our school community in Hythe, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about providing a nurturing environment for children with Special Educational Needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide one-to-one or small-group support, promoting independence and confidence in pupils. You will also be responsible for supporting pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with prior experience working with children with SEN. Strong communication, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs are essential skills. About the Role

This is a full-time, long-term position offering competitive daily rates of pay. You will be part of a well-regarded school community in a scenic coastal location, where you can make a real impact in a child's education and development.

You will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and be on the update service throughout your employment. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
