Educational Assistant for Students with Needs

Job Description:
Join our team as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Hythe and contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care to our pupils.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with special educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development.
- Assist in adapting learning materials to meet individual needs.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of lessons and activities.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual with prior experience working with children with SEN.
**Salary:** £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
