The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
  • Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times

You: We are looking for a passionate and caring individual who is well-organised, IT literate, and adept at allocating and delegating work appropriately. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
