Resident Support Coordinator

Hartford Care Ltd offers a unique opportunity for an experienced Resident Support Coordinator to join our care team.
Job OverviewWe strive to provide high-quality care services that promote the well-being and independence of our residents.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to residents during the day time, ensuring their privacy, dignity, and independence.
- Supervise and lead the care team, working together to create a happy and caring atmosphere.
- Carry out observations, check residents' activities logs, give detailed handovers, and assist residents with daily tasks.
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- Possession of a Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- A compassionate and caring nature.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use IT systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate staff members.
- Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
We estimate this role to pay around £21,500 - £26,500 per annum, depending on experience.
