We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Hartford Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care and support to our residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and privacy at all times.
Your key responsibilities will include creating a happy, caring, and safe atmosphere, prioritizing residents' needs, and providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional, and psychological support tailored to each individual.
No previous experience is required for this role, as we offer full training and support. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a flexible, hardworking, and caring attitude, with a desire to work as part of a dedicated team and a right to work in the UK.
