About the Job: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Care Team Leader at Care UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care and support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising your shift
  • Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Administering and recording medication
  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs
  • Working closely with the leadership team to develop services
  • Providing a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times
