Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality Manager Role
At Irwin & Colton, we are seeking an experienced Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) Manager to lead our initiatives in a challenging and rewarding setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive health and safety culture across the site, developing and managing the annual Health, Safety, and Environment plan, and ensuring compliance with key legislation changes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role within waste, recycling, chemicals, or a related industry, holding a NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum, and ideally membership of a relevant professional body. They will also possess knowledge and experience in the management and processing of hazardous waste on COMAH sites.

This is a pivotal role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to influence and engage with all levels of the organisation, and a passion for driving improvements and best practices.
