Quality Assurance Lead

Irwin & Colton is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead our initiatives in a high-hazard waste processing facility near Southampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a positive health and safety culture, developing and managing the annual Health, Safety, and Environment plan, and ensuring compliance with key legislation changes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS management, with experience in waste, recycling, chemicals, or a related industry. They will hold a NEBOSH Certificate and/or relevant Environment qualifications, and ideally be a member of a relevant professional body. Additionally, they will possess knowledge and experience in the management and processing of hazardous waste on COMAH sites.
This is a competitive role offering a salary of £60,000 plus excellent benefits, providing a chance to make a real impact in a global leader in the Environmental Services industry.
