Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to join our team as an Adult Care Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the shift team, ensuring a happy and caring atmosphere for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the shift team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Carry out observations and check residents' activities logs to ensure their needs are met.
- Provide detailed handovers to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a Care Assistant in residential care.
- Completed L3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care.
- Compassionate and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
