About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate individual who can carry out general housekeeping duties, including cleaning bedrooms, communal areas, and bathrooms. You will also be responsible for providing an efficient and effective laundry service for residents.

In addition to these tasks, you will assist residents during mealtimes, help with personal care, and participate in activities that promote their well-being and independence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

You should also be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances, have good organisational skills, and be proficient in using IT systems.

Salary and Benefits

">

The salary for this position is £22,500 per annum, based on 37 hours per week. This is a full-time position, and we offer a range of benefits, including competitive pay, pension scheme, and opportunities for career development.
