Community Care Worker

Dolphin Lodge, Hythe, is seeking a Community Care Worker to join their team. This role involves providing support to children and young adults, enabling them to develop the skills necessary for independent living. The successful candidate will have experience working with vulnerable children and young adults, as well as some knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
The salary for this role is £12 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including at least 25 days paid holiday, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service (plus public holidays) pro rata, a pension scheme with employer contributions, and opportunities for flexible working.
- Assist clients in understanding and planning their support package, focussing on positive outcomes to maximise clients' potential and enable them to exercise choice and control.
- Contribute, as appropriate, to special programmes and projects in support of the Group's values and objectives.
